Job Description
A Communications agency is hiring for the profile of Human Resources Executive/ Manager.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Role
- Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across verticals — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and manage structured exit processes, including documentation, clearances, and exit feedback.
- HR Operations
Maintain and manage Zoho HRMS, including attendance, leave records, employee data, and payroll inputs with high accuracy.
- Documentation & HR Records
Ensure employee files, documentation, and HR records remain updated, organised, and compliant.
- Employee Engagement
Support and execute engagement initiatives, team celebrations, culture-building activities, and internal programs that strengthen the organisational culture.
- Policy & Compliance
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies while ensuring adherence to organisational processes and compliance requirements.
- HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate and analyse reports related to recruitment, engagement, attrition, and HR operations to support management decisions.
- Learning & Development
Coordinate and support internal training initiatives, learning programs, and capability-building activities.
- Internal Communication
Assist in drafting and circulating HR communications, announcements, and updates to the team.
- General HR Administration
Support the People & Culture team in day-to-day HR operations and ongoing HR initiatives.
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles
- Experience working in agency, startup, or fast-paced environments will be an advantage
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
