Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess fit and competence.
• Coordinate the onboarding process to welcome new hires and integrate them into the team.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to position Goodspace AI as a top employer.
• Engage in stakeholder management to understand hiring needs across different departments.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer letter preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; HR specialization is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and job portal navigation.
