About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable, and execution-focused HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR activities while contributing to the growth of a fast-paced advertising organization.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, identifies what needs to be done without constant follow-ups, and is comfortable handling both talent acquisition and HR operations. You will be expected to partner closely with business leaders, hire top talent for critical positions, maintain smooth HR processes, and foster a positive employee experience.
Candidates with prior experience in the advertising, digital marketing, media, performance marketing, or AdTech industry will be preferred due to the fast-paced nature of hiring and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for technical, non-technical, sales, operations, marketing, finance, positions.
- Build strong sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive hiring for critical and niche positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring pipeline.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate probation confirmations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Organize celebrations, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and employee-friendly work environment.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.
- Work towards improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in the advertising, digital marketing, media, AdTech, or related industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and labor law fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
