Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chorasi. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, training programs, and maintaining personnel records to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR Policies that align with organizational goals
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations with an emphasis on conflict resolution and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
