This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Additional responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining efficient HR processes to support the organization's growth and team well-being.

• Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge and application of HR Policies and compliance best practices
• Expertise in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is advantageous
