Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable leading initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, communication, and workplace management, creating an engaging, compliant, and performance-driven environment that supports business success.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with concentration in Sales function
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and onboard and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with sales goals.
  • Lead recruitment and manpower planning aligned with the P&O strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes within time and cost targets.
  • Oversee workplace operations ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and timely dissemination of business information to employees.
  • Implement and update workplace protocols ensuring efficiency and compliance.
