We are looking for an HRBP Senior Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving organizational success through people practices. What You?ll Do Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and exits. Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights. Coordinate training and employee development initiatives in collaboration with L&D. Contribute to HR policy and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee engagement. What We?re Looking For Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1?3 years of experience in HR or HRBP roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism. Preferred: Experience in fast-paced/start-up environments, exposure to D&I initiatives, and familiarity with tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or BambooHR.
