This role demands strong experience in high‑growth, innovation-led environments—preferably AI, data engineering, analytics, or digital transformation organizations. The HRBP will partner closely with leadership to shape culture, enhance talent capability, and build a future-ready workforce.

Candidate Profile – Preferred

• 8–12 years of HRBP experience, ideally in AI/ML, Data & Analytics, or digital tech organizations.
• Proven success in scaling tech teams or supporting high-growth, innovation-driven businesses.
• Strategic thinker who balances business needs with people-first practices.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with global teams and multicultural environments.
