HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Hands-on HRBP who can run ER casework end-to-end, coach managers, and keep everything compliant and fair.

We’re hiring an HR Business Partner for a Jeddah-based role with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). You’ll partner closely with business leaders, handle sensitive people matters confidently, and help raise manager capability across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own ER casework end-to-end: investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, conduct/attendance issues, policy breaches
• Coach and advise line managers on best practice ER handling and documentation
• Ensure HR decisions are consistent, compliant, and well-documented (letters, meeting notes, outcomes, action plans)
• Support HR operations across employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, contract letters, policy guidance, employee queries
• Identify ER trends and recommend practical improvements (process, policy, training, manager capability)
• Partner with internal stakeholders (PRO, payroll, finance, legal) to execute actions smoothly

What we’re looking for

• 4–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Employee Relations (HRBP or HR Generalist with heavy ER)
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia and solid understanding of KSA labour practices
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and handle sensitive conversations professionally
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail (case files, timelines, evidence, documentation)
• Arabic and English

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced sectors (logistics, retail, FMCG, construction, services)
• Experience coaching managers / delivering basic ER training
• Exposure to HR projects, policy refresh, or process improvement
