Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Associate to bring structure, precision, and scalability to our HR function. The role involves owning employee lifecycle operations, driving data integrity across Zoho People, and continuously improving processes in a high-performance environment. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and direct impact on how HR operates at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, changes, exits)
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS (Zoho People) data and workflows
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries with strong turnaround times
- Work closely with Payroll, Legal, and Talent Acquisition teams
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization
- Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards
- Identify gaps and proactively improve operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Zoho People preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management
- Bias for action and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with automation/workflows is a plus
