About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to provide backend support to our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the HR function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, data management, and compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective functioning of HR initiatives and policies across the organization.

CTC: Upto 5 lpa


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and documentation for new hires. Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate with the HRBP to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation, leaves, and benefits.
  • Employee Life Cycle Support: Assist with various stages of the employee life cycle, operational exits.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the HRBP in the roll-out and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Queries: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring timely responses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the overall efficiency of HR operations.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
