Key Responsibilitie

• sPrepare HR dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports
• .Create presentations and HR-related documentation
• .Collect, analyze, and maintain HR data with accuracy
• .Coordinate campus hiring activities and stakeholder communication
• .Support HR projects and generate insights for decision-making

.Required Skill

• sStrong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• .Tech-savvy with excellent analytical and presentation skills
• .Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS tools is preferred
• .Good communication and organizational skills

.Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
