Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support the company’s human resource functions including recruitment coordination, HR data management, employee records maintenance, and HR operations. The role will involve working with HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR processes to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in people management, HR systems, and data-driven HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HRMS & Employee Records Management
- Maintain and regularly update HRMS (Human Resource Management System) records for all employees.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee details including personal information, employment history, attendance, and leave records.
- Manage and organize employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Maintain confidential HR data and ensure proper record keeping.
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and internal coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data sheets, and analytics using Excel or HR tools.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, team activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Help address employee queries related to HR processes and documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BBA/MBA – HR), Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences, Organisational Behaviour, Human Development, Public Administration, Management Studies, or any other related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 year of experience may apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi both(spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Sheets).
- Ability to manage and maintain structured data and employee records.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
