Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Retail Sales and Store Operations roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Understand manpower requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding activities and assist with day-to-day hiring operations.
Visit field locations (stores/onsite locations) for candidate sourcing as part of the role.
