Role Description The Human Resource Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role oversees end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. Daily activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, and addressing employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves designing training programs, supporting organizational change initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in performance management, goal setting, and employee evaluation processes.
- Experience with employee engagement, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage compensation, benefits administration, and coordination with payroll.
- Experience in designing and implementing training, learning, and development programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within real estate or related industries.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical HR practices.
