Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Job Purpose
The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate data
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Meet hiring targets and timelines
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic MS Excel and email skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- MBA HR / HR certification is an advantage
