HR Analyst (Onboarding Specialist)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role Overview

Own and deliver an engaging, global onboarding journey for full-time employees by coordinating pre-boarding, New Hire Orientation activities, induction sessions, background verification, documentation, and HR operations support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive global onboarding processes for full-time employees, ensuring a seamless integration experience.
  • Facilitate pre-boarding formalities, new hire documentation, and a structured New Hire Orientation program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers, to ensure complete new hire readiness.
  • Execute induction and orientation sessions to facilitate organisational integration.
  • Ensure rigorous collection, verification, and maintenance of all onboarding documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding workflows using feedback metrics.
  • Manage the end-to-end background verification (BGV) process, including vendor coordination, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Support HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, compliance reporting, and documentation support for internal and external audits.
  • Oversee insurance administration support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Global HR Operations Employee Onboarding or HR Shared Services.
  • Experience with onboarding new employees, documentation and background verification.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing employee life cycle on an HRIS tool (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
