Job Description

Key Responsibilities Plan and implement complex integrations between HubSpot, Moodle, and PHP applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and custom workflows. Map data fields across systems and maintain accurate, consistent records in HubSpot CRM. Build and optimize automation workflows, pipelines, custom objects, and data models in HubSpot. Troubleshoot sync issues, reconcile data discrepancies, and ensure integration reliability. Work with developers to build custom integration scripts or middleware when native connectors are insufficient. Partner with operations and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Document integration architecture, data flow, and maintenance procedures. Train internal teams on workflows, dashboards, reports, and integration impacts. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, APIs, and custom integrations. Proven experience integrating HubSpot with LMS platforms like Moodle. Solid understanding of PHP-based systems and how they interact with third-party APIs. Ability to design data models, manage field mappings, and establish clean sync rules. Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Workato, or custom middleware. Experience working with JSON, REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and error handling. Comfortable debugging integration failures and working through complex data logic. Strong communication and documentation skills.
