Role Description The Hub Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Ankleshwar hub, ensuring accurate and timely handling of shipments. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising sorting, loading, and unloading activities, monitoring dispatch and arrival schedules, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The Hub Incharge will manage hub staff and delivery partners, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational issues to meet service-level commitments. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, coordinating with central operations and client teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong hub or warehouse operations management skills, including routing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Experience in supervising teams, handling shift management, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
• Ability to use logistics or warehouse management systems, Excel or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills to address daily operational challenges.
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to manage peak volumes and extended hours when required.
• Knowledge of local geography around Ankleshwar and nearby regions for effective route and hub planning.
