Job Description

    • Ensure the overall safety and compliance of all project site activities, maintaining a zero-incident culture.
    • Oversee implementation of HSE protocols across all phases of the project, from design to execution.
    • Demonstrate thorough understanding of HSE studies and risk assessments conducted during the design stage.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular HSE promotion and awareness campaigns to foster a proactive safety culture among all personnel.
    • Lead site safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
    • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
    • Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans and ensure all personnel are trained and prepared for potential incidents.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors to ensure compliance and facilitate inspections.
    • Review contractor HSE plans and ensure alignment with project-specific safety requirements.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future HSE strategies.
    • Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all work fronts.
    • Facilitate HSE induction programs for new employees, contractors, and visitors to the site.
    • Track and analyze HSE KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
