Job Description

Ensure the overall safety and compliance of all project site activities, maintaining a zero-incident culture.
Oversee implementation of HSE protocols across all phases of the project, from design to execution.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of HSE studies and risk assessments conducted during the design stage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Conduct regular HSE promotion and awareness campaigns to foster a proactive safety culture among all personnel.
Lead site safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans and ensure all personnel are trained and prepared for potential incidents.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors to ensure compliance and facilitate inspections.
Review contractor HSE plans and ensure alignment with project-specific safety requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future HSE strategies.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all work fronts.
Facilitate HSE induction programs for new employees, contractors, and visitors to the site.
Track and analyze HSE KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
