Job Description: HRIS Project Support & Change Enablement Specialist – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 Years)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Project Support & Change Enablement Specialist - Lead to join our team. As the HRIS Project Support & Change Enablement Specialist, you will play a key supporting role across various HR digitalisation initiatives. You will focus on three core areas: change management, project coordination, and functional testing. Working closely with HRIS Technology Leads, IT, and global HR stakeholders, you will help ensure that projects are delivered smoothly, users are well-prepared for change, and systems meet functional expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about enabling successful digital transformation in HR.

  • Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM).
  • Experience with functional testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.
  • Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, learning, and performance.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of project tracking tools is an asset.
  • Awareness of integration principles and data quality standards.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Passion for digitalisation, automation, and continuous learning.
  • 5+ experience in Change Management implementation

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support HRIS project leads in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training support.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure user readiness and adoption.
  • Design and execute functional test cases for new HRIS features and releases.
  • Document test results, report issues, and follow up on resolutions with technical teams.
  • Assist in preparing user documentation, training materials, and internal communications.
  • Monitor system updates and support regression testing during quarterly releases.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global HR teams to gather feedback and support continuous improvement.
