Our HRBPs drive people strategy within high-velocity manufacturing, engineering, and licensed operations environments—bridging plant-floor realities with corporate HR vision to unlock productivity, compliance, and culture. Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with factory leadership to align HR strategy with operational goals—recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance in S&E licensed environments.
  • Implement and audit HR policies across shop floors, ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety norms, and license-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through structured feedback mechanisms, grievance redressal, and frontline supervisor coaching.
  • Lead workforce analytics—turnover trends, absenteeism, skill gaps—to advise on corrective action and talent interventions.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to manage labor disputes, audits, and license renewals tied to workforce health and safety standards.
  • Design and deploy people programs—succession, upskilling, internal mobility—that scale with plant operations and support business continuity.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HR, or similar)
  • Factory HR operations
  • Labor law compliance (Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.)
  • HR analytics & reporting
  • Employee relations & grievance handling
  • Performance management systems
  • Change management in unionized or high-regulation settings
  • Stakeholder management at plant & corporate levels
  • Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or licensed operations (S&E)
  • Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety frameworks
  • Certification in HR (SHRM, CIPD, NHRD)
