Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Transformation Expert, located in Gurgaon. The role involves leading HR transformation projects, providing subject matter expertise in HR processes, and ensuring alignment with client business strategies. The professional will create transformation roadmaps, and drive the integration of HR practices with organization's workforce. The role also requires conducting workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding organizations through the change management process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR transformation processes, including strategic workforce planning, HR process optimization, and change management strategies for areas like performance management, compensation benchmarking etc.
• Skills in building roadmaps, implementing transformation processes, and aligning HR practices with business strategies.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, collaboration, and conducting workshops for knowledge transfer and effective communication of concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Experience as an HR consultant or in a role focused on organizational strategy and transformation is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
