Role and Responsibilities


  • Candidate should be apt in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Global Benefits and must possess hands-on experience in both of the modules.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in IT. Associate certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must.
  • Manages components of HR technology for Employee Benefits, contributes to problem-solving and process improvement, and collaborates across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Owns workstreams or components of HR technology solutions.
  • Improves existing processes through analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Ensures data quality, compliance, and system performance within scope.
  • Partners with HR, IT, or business functions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Supports training, onboarding, or mentoring of junior team members.
  • Builds trust-based relationships with HR, IT, and business stakeholders; facilitates collaboration across roles to deliver solutions and improvements.
  • Interprets structured and unstructured data, identifies performance trends, and uses insights to support process enhancements or system optimizations.
  • Adjusts communication style depending on the audience (technical, business, or cross-functional); proactively shares insights, risks, and opportunities.



Required Professional and Technical Expertise


  • SAP SuccessFactors Configuration: Independently configures and maintains module settings, translates functional requirements into system behavior, and supports testing and issue resolution.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits, Core HR Employee Central, Reports Center knowledge and potential certifications.
  • HR IT Ecosystem Understanding: Understands the role of SAP SuccessFactors within the integrated HR IT landscape (e.g., payroll, identity management, service delivery), and anticipates cross-system impacts..
