Role Overview
The HR Specialist – Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for LifeCell Diagnostics across corporate, lab operations, sales, and field roles. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent while ensuring speed, cost-efficiency, and superior candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop job descriptions and competency-based hiring frameworks.
- Drive hiring for critical roles including:
- Pathologists & Lab Technicians
- Phlebotomists
- Sales & Field Executives
- Operations & Corporate roles
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job portals, LinkedIn, vendor partnerships, employee referrals, campus hiring.
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and niche roles.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking.
3. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical/functional rounds.
- Ensure competency-based evaluation and cultural fit assessment.
- Maintain strong TAT and quality-of-hire standards.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding
- Drive salary benchmarking and offer negotiations.
- Ensure smooth documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with HR Operations and business teams.
5. Recruitment MIS & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness.
- Publish weekly/monthly dashboards to leadership.
- Support process improvements and digital hiring initiatives.
6. Employer Branding
- Strengthen employer brand presence across platforms.
- Support campus engagement and hiring drives.
- Ensure positive candidate experience at every stage.
Key Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Healthcare/Diagnostics preferred).
- Strong exposure to volume hiring and field force recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and HR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
