Internship Details

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and people-oriented HR Remote Intern to join our remote team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and trainee management. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for hiring Digital Marketing (DM) Trainees, achieving assigned recruitment targets, and managing trainees through the company's portal while working closely with the HR team.


Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹2,000 per month

Working Hours: Flexible (Approx. 4–5 hours/day)


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  • Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets for Digital Marketing (DM) Trainee positions.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Onboard selected trainees and guide them through the joining process.
  • Manage trainee attendance, communication, and progress through the company portal.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trainee records, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with trainees to ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and hiring efficiency.



Who Can Apply

  • Students or fresh graduates from any stream (HR, BBA, MBA, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection is mandatory.

Performance Expectations
