Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a keen interest in learning and supporting other HR functions beyond recruitment.



Requirements

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds

  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / HRMS

  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives




  • Additional HR Exposure (Learning Opportunity)


    • Assist in HR operations such as onboarding documentation and employee records

    • Support employee engagement activities and events

    • Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance, and payroll coordination

    • Participate in performance management and appraisal cycles



    Required Skills & Qualifications


    • Experience in IT as well as Non-IT hiring

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

    • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals

    • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new HR processes

    • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
