HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in managing recruitment activities, screening candidates, and supporting HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in high-volume recruiting while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offer letters.
• Collaborate with candidates in the pipeline to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring workflows.
• Develop subjective assessments of candidates based on initial interviews and interactions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless scheduling of on-site interviews.
• Support higher-volume recruiting efforts to meet hiring goals efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience during the recruitment process.
• Ensure all necessary information is gathered and reviewed during candidate evaluations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and processes.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems for recruitment activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks in a high-volume environment.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and assessments.
