Job Title: HR Recruiter

Shift Timing:10:00 AM- 7:00PM

Salary: 15K Per Month

Start Date: 8th June, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform background checks and employment verification.
• Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and hiring documentation.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment regulations.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
