Position: HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiters on a contractual basis to support our growing hiring needs. The recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements for various roles across departments.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job boards, Linkedin, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to handle volume hiring within strict timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
