We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent to meet our corporate and production-level staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting potential candidates.

  • Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and draft accurate job postings.

  • Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidates' communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain and update the internal applicant database and recruitment trackers daily.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably handling diverse roles in a manufacturing or corporate environment.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit, and strong proficiency in utilizing online job boards and databases.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a proactive attitude.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to our office in Ludhiana, Punjab.
