Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent to meet our corporate and production-level staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting potential candidates.
Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and draft accurate job postings.
Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidates' communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update the internal applicant database and recruitment trackers daily.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably handling diverse roles in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit, and strong proficiency in utilizing online job boards and databases.
Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a proactive attitude.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to our office in Ludhiana, Punjab.
