We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently manage structured hiring for mainly blue collar and at times white collar manpower requirements in the engineering and industrial sector.
This role is not for a typical corporate HR profile focused only on coordination or basic calling activities. We need someone who takes complete ownership of recruitment targets, understands industrial manpower requirements deeply, builds hiring pipelines proactively, and closes positions systematically and efficiently.
The candidate must have prior experience hiring technical manpower such as engineers, supervisors, operators, fitters, welders, grinders, fabricators, riggers, electricians, boiler operators, turbine operators, and similar industrial workforce categories.
Key Responsibilities- Handle complete recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining
- Manage hiring for:
- White-collar technical roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, Operators, etc.)
- Blue-collar industrial manpower (Fitters, Welders, Grinders, Fabricators, Helpers, Electricians, Riggers, etc.)
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
- WhatsApp groups & manpower networks
- Social media platforms
- Trade references and local hiring channels
- Build strong manpower databases for urgent and bulk hiring requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical suitability, experience, salary, and availability
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between company/client and candidates
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates till joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports
- Handle urgent and bulk manpower mobilization requirements
- Coordinate with internal operations/project teams regarding manpower planning
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Take ownership of hiring targets and deadlines
- Work systematically with proper follow-ups, reporting, and recruitment pipeline management
- Prior experience in technical/industrial recruitment is compulsory
- Strong understanding of engineering, plant, project, fabrication, maintenance, or industrial manpower hiring
- Experience hiring blue-collar manpower at scale
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment sourcing methods
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and close positions efficiently

We are not looking for a typical corporate HR profile focused only on coordination or routine calling activities. We need someone who takes responsibility, understands manpower practically, follows a structured recruitment process, and delivers hiring results under timelines.
SalaryNegotiable based on experience and capability.
