Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and highly skilled and deadline-focused recruiter team lead to drive the talent acquisition strategy and ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent to achieve its objectives. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, managing a team, and utilizing a mix of free and paid job platforms effectively. Prior experience working in a recruitment firm will be considered a strong advantage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Leverage free and paid job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) for sourcing candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions on specialist job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
  • Oversee the screening process to ensure candidates meet organizational criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist and finalize candidates.
  • Promote the organization’s values and culture to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective communication and engagement.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and team performance.


REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience working in or with recruitment firms is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using both free and paid job posting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
