JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and highly skilled and deadline-focused recruiter team lead to drive the talent acquisition strategy and ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent to achieve its objectives. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, managing a team, and utilizing a mix of free and paid job platforms effectively. Prior experience working in a recruitment firm will be considered a strong advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Leverage free and paid job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) for sourcing candidates.
- Write and post job descriptions on specialist job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Oversee the screening process to ensure candidates meet organizational criteria.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist and finalize candidates.
- Promote the organization’s values and culture to attract high-caliber talent.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective communication and engagement.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and team performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience working in or with recruitment firms is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using both free and paid job posting platforms.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
