with strong systems, disciplined operations, and a clear growth roadmap across the city.

Role Overview
The HR Operations & Compliance Executive will ensure clean payroll systems, strong employee documentation,
and full statutory compliance across the organization. This role manages payroll processing, HR documentation,
employee records, and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and payslip generation
• Attendance and leave reconciliation
• Full & final settlement calculations
• PF and ESIC compliance coordination
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Managing offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation
• Maintaining HR master database
• Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding documentation
• Maintaining compliance calendar and documentation for inspections
• Organizing digital HR records and document systems

Key Deliverables (First 90 Days)

• Employee master database
• Payroll processing system
• Compliance calendar
• Digital HR documentation vault
• HR Operations Handbook (Payroll, Compliance, Onboarding, Exit SOPs)

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years HR operations or HR admin experience
• Experience with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
