Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional from a hospital or healthcare background to manage end-to-end HR operational activities. The role focuses on payroll, statutory compliance, HR MIS, and operational adherence, ensuring smooth HR functioning across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for clinical and non-clinical hospital staff
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRMS data
  • Payroll Management
  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with internal teams or payroll vendors
  • Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs
  • Address payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws
  • Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA
  • Coordinate statutory audits and inspections
  • HR MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, payroll, attendance, compliance)
  • Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
  • Generate periodic HR reports for management review
  • Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
  • Handle employee grievances related to payroll, attendance, shifts, policies, and workplace issues
  • Conduct initial grievance investigation and coordinate resolution with department heads
  • Ensure timely closure of grievances and maintain grievance records and reports
  • Promote a positive employee relations environment within the hospital
  • Policy Adherence & System Usage
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Support system-based HR operations and data accuracy
