Role Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager with a strong inclination toward Admin & Operations, while also contributing across core HR generalist responsibilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-scaling, founder- led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
  • Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness

Administration & Campus Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across the campus
  • Manage office assets, vendor coordination, and facility requirements
  • Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, housekeeping, and support staff

Employee Experience & Grievance Handling

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and campus activities
  • Ensure a positive and disciplined work environment

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with leadership and department heads for HR and admin support
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and share periodic updates
  • Support internal communication and policy implementation
