HR Manager (preferred automobile experience )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation & statutory compliance
• Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HR records
• Implement HR policies, discipline & performance management
• Support branch operations with manpower control
• Conduct employee engagement & grievance handling
• Ensure smooth exit process & structured handover compliance
• Coordinate training & development programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR practices
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Experience in automobile/dealership industry preferred
• Ability to handle multi-branch operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
