Anwentec Innovations is an EdTech organization focused on training programs, internships, and career development initiatives that bridge the gap between education and industry requirements.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can handle HR operations for both organizations and help build a strong and productive work culture.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for payroll processing.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Support internal hiring for recruiters, trainers, sales teams, and operations staff.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Work closely with leadership to fulfill hiring requirements.


Employee Engagement & Performance Management
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Track employee performance and assist management with performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.


Training & Internship Management
  • Coordinate with trainers and program managers to manage student internship batches.
  • Maintain internship records and documentation.
  • Support certificate issuance and internship program administration.


HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience preferably in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or EdTech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and dynamic work environments.


Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience working in startup or fast-growing organizations.
  • Ability to handle corporate employees, sales teams, and internship programs simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
