About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR operations. In this role, you will play a key part in building an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. If you are passionate about employee engagement and driving organizational success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Drive employee development programs and oversee talent retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
