Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and handle performance management to align with the organization’s goals. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, coordinating training and development programs, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will serve as a key bridge between management and employees to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Change Management
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Labor Laws, Compliance, and Compensation Management
- Ability to develop and deliver Training and Development programs
- Proven track record of managing Performance Appraisals and Organizational Development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
- Experience in working within the hospitality industry is an advantage
