We are now looking to hire a mid to senior level HR team for a leading player in the Renewable Energy sector, scaling world class manufacturing operations in Telangana. We are looking for execution focused HR professionals who thrive in fast paced, large scale plant environments.

Experience: 15 to 18 Years

The Role: A senior leadership position overseeing HR for a large scale manufacturing setup.

• Key Focus: Industrial Relations (IR), strategic contract workforce management, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise: Must have a proven track record of partnering with plant leadership to drive shop floor excellence.
• The Vibe: High execution mindset with the ability to navigate complex labor landscapes.

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

The Role: Hands on management of day-to-day shop-floor HR operations.

• Key Focus: Managing large contractor workforces, HRMS administration, and maintaining healthy employee relations.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of compliance and experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• The Vibe: A proactive operator who is comfortable being on the floor and solving real-time operational challenges.

Experience: 4–6 Years

The Role: Driving high-volume hiring for manufacturing and shop floor roles.

• Key Focus: Scaling teams quickly without compromising on quality.
• Expertise: Experience in Solar/Renewable Energy hiring is highly preferred.
