Position: HR Head

Hospital: Ayushman Hospital & Wellness Center

Location: Kurra, Nawapara (Rajim), Chhattisgarh

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource (HR)

Experience: Hospital / Healthcare HR experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and hiring process for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and hospital HR standards
Handle staff management, employee relations, and workplace coordination
Conduct staff training programs and monitor employee performance
Manage attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, labour laws, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records and HR data management
Support hospital management in workforce planning and organizational development

Skills Required

Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of HR policies and hospital administration
Ability to handle staff coordination and conflict resolution
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation

Job Type: Full Time
