HR Generalist - US & India Operations
Bengaluru, Karnataka OR Jaipur, Rajasthan - Onsite
Timings - EST or EST/IST Hybrid

Overview:
HR Generalist with prior experience working with IT Services and/or Staff Augmentation companies in the US region, is preferred.
The candidate will support the US Recruitment Team based in India.
Support Internal Hiring, HR Topics, and US Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, build, and focus on programs to build company culture and attract the best talent into our workforce
- This person will work closely with the executive leadership to drive these mission-critical programs.
- Ensure an efficient recruitment/interviewing function to maintain adequate staffing at all levels and to ensure the uniform and equitable application of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Deliver a world-class employee experience from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
- Refine, maintain, and manage human resource policies, systems, and processes.
- Manager and support a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Leverage ATS platforms to improve employee experience, ensure data accuracy, and generate HR metrics.
- Verify payroll inputs.
- Work with peers globally to establish standardized processes and execute best practices.
- Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
Operations Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Designing and implementing workflows to reduce waste and improve delivery speed.
- Financial Oversight: Managing operational budgets, tracking expenses, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and managing cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Overseeing inventory, logistics, and maintaining relationships with external partners.
- Compliance: Ensuring all operations adhere to Indian labor laws, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Tracking state, city, and county clients, follow up
- Maintaining Prospective clients' portals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as an HR executive/generalist/manager or in a similar position is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Should be comfortable dealing with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive results.
- A confident and clear communication style and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills.
- Being enterprising and solution-oriented will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in an overseas work environment is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
