Establish and manage communication with college coordinators for strategic collaboration
Proactively reach out to colleges to initiate and strengthen partnership opportunities
Conduct timely follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution
Maintain, update, and manage candidate and institutional data with high accuracy
Ensure proper documentation and systematic record management
Support the end-to-end recruitment and coordination process in alignment with organizational goals

Graduates (Mandatory)
Available for full-time (9 AM β 5 PM) remote working
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented individuals
