Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join Ugaoo and support our HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing onboarding, offboarding, employee assets, and engagement activities, while assisting with payroll and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, foster a positive work culture, and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs.

Format: 📍- Pune | Format: WFO, Monday to Saturday [2nd & 4th Saturdays will be off]

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join Ugaoo and support our HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing onboarding, offboarding, employee assets, and engagement activities, while assisting with payroll and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, foster a positive work culture, and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including joining, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Maintain and manage employee assets and records
- Assist in payroll processing and related HR administrative tasks
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Support Talent Acquisition processes including coordinating interviews and candidate communication
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external vendors as required
- Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently followed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment support
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
