Job Description

JD – Human Resource Generalist

ROLE : Human Resource Generalist

LOCATION : Mumbai (Sakinaka)

WORKING DAYS : Monday to Saturday

TIMING : 09.30am to 06.30pm

JOINING: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Setup

 Establish HR structure, processes, and documentation from scratch.

 Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and compliance frameworks.

 Implement onboarding, confirmation, exit, leave, and attendance processes.

Talent Acquisition

 Handle complete recruitment lifecycle.

 Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

 Develop hiring strategies specifically for hospitality operations.

Training & Development

 Identify skill gaps and training requirements.

 Conduct induction and orientation programs.

 Implement employee development and performance improvement initiatives.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

 Manage employee relations and grievance handling.

 Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee database.

 Support payroll inputs and HR reporting.

Compliance & Labor Law

 Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.

 Maintain required registers and documentation.

 Keep the organization updated with regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile

 Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience (Hospitality preferred).

 Experience working independently or setting up HR processes.

 Strong understanding of labor laws and HR operations.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
