The Vacancy


We’re seeking an experienced HR Facilitator to join our Global Administration Hub in Chennai. This role is central to delivering efficient HR administration and supporting the full employee lifecycle across Uniserve and Metro operations. You’ll act as a key liaison between employees, management, HR, Recruitment, and IT – ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including probation reviews and promotions
  • Assist with employee relations and grievance processes
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and hiring documentation
  • Prepare salary documentation, including CTC calculations and adjustments
  • Manage shift patterns, attendance, and holiday administration
  • Maintain accurate HR records and workforce systems (e.g. TimeLabs)
  • Liaise with UK and Metro stakeholders on HR updates
  • Coordinate IT setup and equipment management
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and compliantly


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR administration/coordination, or a similar HR role
  • Strong experience across employee lifecycle and recruitment support
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practice
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • High level of discretion and a proactive, solution-focused approach
