Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR team in managing payroll processes and employee reimbursements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating with employees across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the monthly payroll process and ensure timely coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle employee reimbursement processes and maintain proper records.
  • Manage MIS for expenses, reimbursement, attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and reimbursement processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
  • Comfortable communicating in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
