Location: Pattom, Trivandrum

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing payroll operations and supporting the complete employee lifecycle within the organization. The role includes ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
  • Ensure proper calculation of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports as required.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation activities.
  • Handle exit formalities including resignation processing, clearance, and final settlement.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to payroll and employment.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases with accurate and updated information.
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.


4. Employee Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities and initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.


Salary: Rs. 20,000 – 25,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and interview coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment records and generate recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support other HR activities as required.

Qualifications
