Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Baddi, India. The HR Executive will oversee and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative HR activities to foster a positive workplace environment. Collaboration with different teams and departments is a key aspect of this position. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes Experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives Understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using HR management systems and other relevant software Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
